This apartment renovation is located in a renowned prewar building at Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn, designed by the celebrated architect Mario Candela. The family desired a modern kitchen that would complement their collection of mid-century modern furniture. Horrigan O’Malley Architects custom-designed a kitchen that seamlessly blends with their aesthetic. The windowed kitchen features bespoke white and teak cabinetry paired with Blanco Arabescato marble countertops, while a teak-edged pass-through elegantly connects the kitchen to the adjacent dining room. Custom cabinetry was also thoughtfully designed for the guest bedroom, ensuring cohesive style and functionality throughout the home.
